In Fabulous Fempreneurship, Elaine Slatter has put together a book full of tools and stories with contributions from over 30 women world wide. This is a Business Startup Guide for women, by women.
The goal of the book trailer was to empower women who are considering starting a business, to show them they are not alone, and to provide a context for the book: Fabulous Fempreneurship. We wanted to highlight the current situation of women in traditional businesses, along with emphasizing how women can take control of the situation through entrepreneurship.
In creating this piece, we wanted to show unity in diversity, that there are many women, of different ages, backgrounds, experiences and more that are affected by the current norms, and they can come together to bring change to their own situations and the greater business world.
The trailer was also to be a small microcosm of the book, in that there were many women who contributed their own stories to help encourage women who are starting their business.
