Discovery

It’s time that we get to know each other. We want to know what you’re about, and we want to hear what your dreams and goals are for your project and organization so that we can find the best way to bring your dreams to life and you can reach your goals.

Storytime

Once we understand your goals, we develop a proposal that shares a few options we think will most strongly match your vision. This is an opportunity to explore the best possible stories before settling on the perfect one.

Map the Journey

After we have crystallized an amazing creative brief, we will put together a Statement of Work,  which acts as our guide and will clarify the production calendar, payment schedule and deliverables of the project.

GETTING READY

During this phase, called pre-production in the "biz", we further develop your story to get it ready for filming. This may include research, interviews, and writing. Once the story has been approved we storyboard, scout locations, cast actors, hire additional crew, rent equipment and plan the logistics of the project as dictated by the production level and project needs.

This is arguably the most important step in the process, it sets up the rest of the project for success.

Filming

This is where our skilled and talented crew gets to work. With story and keywords as our guide, we work with you, our actors and other “talent” to film and capture the story.

Movie Magic

During editing and post-production, your story will come alive in video. This may include any combination of footage, visual effects, animation/motion graphics, music and voiceover. Here is where the magic happens, and we get a first glimpse at your final video.

Revisions

Your video will be finalized after we work through our revision process, make necessary changes, then colour correct, colour grade and export your video for distribution.

Unleash the Dream

Your video is now ready for primetime! It was a lot of fun, and it looks great, but now for the real work! Time to get your video out into the world so that it brings in new customers, educations your staff or helps your shareholders buy into your vision. We are available to help you discern how to distribute your video for maximum effect.
